THE FLAME STABILIZER

The part is designed for mixing fuel liquids in land based gas turbines.

JSC ATC was assigned the task to adjust the technology for printing the parts and to launch serial production.

A heat-resistant cobalt alloy was used as the printing material.

The part was designed taking into account the capabilities of additive technologies. It is a part with a branched internal structure of channels. The production by traditional methods is impossible due to the inability to build narrow channels.

3D printing did not require tooling.

3D printing allows to produce complex channels in products with different angles of inclination.

Mechanical processing is not required.
